The United Way of Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas is hosting its annual Day of Action on Friday, June 27, 2025 and we need volunteers like you who want to make a difference!
Day of Action is one fun-filled day where we invite everyone to get actively involved and help create positive change in your community. Join hundreds of other volunteers for one big day of giving back! When a community comes together, anything is possible.
Projects typically range from beautification projects such as planting community gardens and light landscaping to cleaning facilities, painting, or helping organize clothing and food pantries. Volunteer opportunities can also include remote projects such as donation drives for canned food, household supplies, and other needed items.
In addition to helping your community, the volunteer experiences provide excellent employee team-building opportunities while also spotlighting United Way's mission to improve the education, health, and financial stability of every person in our communities.
